After the completion of your booking, you are going to receive an email confirmation which will also include the place you are going to meet with the driver as well as other information you may need with 24/7 Assistance Helpline phone numbers. In most of the airport transfers, our drivers wait for our guests at the arrival gate with a name tag.

What luggage entitlement will I have?
The luggage capacity is determined in line with the vehicle you are going to book. For instance, a four-seater taxi can take four bags or small suitcases and small hand luggage which can be carried in the cabin. An eight-seater minivan can double the luggage capacity. If you have any worries about luggage capacity about the vehicle you book, you can contact us or upgrade your vehicle for a more comfortable journey.
Are You Going to Drop Me Off At My Hotel or Private Villa?
Indeed, all of our transfers will drop you off your final destination. Our drivers will directly drive to the address you have provided while booking.
Will There Be Anyone Else Travelling in the Vehicle I Booked ?
No. We only offer private transfers. The price you pay for the vehicle reserves it exclusively for you or your group. We do not provide any shared shuttle services for now.
Do You Provide Child Seats If There Are Children In My Group?
We provide child seats for most of the vehicle models. Please let us know how many child and/or baby seats you need. Child/baby seats will be provided in case you specify it during your booking but there may be some instances where we may be unable to provide this service in case we do not have any free seats. In case you do not want to travel in the absence of child/baby seats, please bring your own seats.
There will be children in my group can you supply child seats?
For most vehicles, yes we can. Please specify how many child and/or baby seats you require. Child / baby seats will be provided if booked whenever possible, however there may be instances when such seats are unable to be provided. If you are unwilling to travel in the event that child / baby seats are not supplied, please provide your own.
When should I book?
Although it is possible for you to book your transfer(s) online up to 24 hours before your arrival time, it will be better for you to book as early as possible. In case you book your transfer(s) early you can benefit from discounts and do not be affected from markups that may be during at any time of the season -which usually happens before the holiday seasons-. Please contact our Customer Service Department in case you need a transfer service within 24 hours to your arrival date, we will be doing our best in order to assist you.

My Company Requires an Invoice, Do You Provide Any?

What Should I Do If I Don’t Receive My Payment Confirmation and/or Booking Voucher?

In case you will be unable to find your driver, you can call us at 24/7 Assistance Helpline (available on your Booking Voucher) and we will immediately assist you.
How Do I Get Any Item or Luggage Back If I Forget It On Your Vehicles?
We will take care of the delivery of the lost luggage back to you. We can bring it back to the destination we dropped you off or send it back to your home address. Please note that any fees regarding the shipment to your home address will be paid by you.
